There are numerous security measures you can see and, of course, the ones you can’t. All our staff are trained to ensure all our visitors have a safe, secure and enjoyable experience. W12 works in partnership with local police.

We have a fully trained and dedicated security team onsite 24/7 at W12. You may find them patrolling the mall ready to answer any of your questions, provide directions or assistance with a friendly smile.
