Toilets
Toilets are located on the ground floor. The closest entrance is from the Charecroft Way corridor or the Rockley Road entrance.
The W12 Shopping Centre has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. Our accessible toilet has been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found on the ground floor. The toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, and the correct disposal facilities.
Disabled Access
Disability Confident is a UK Government nationally recognised accreditation scheme to support businesses to attract, recruit and retain disabled employees, including people with long-term health conditions. There are three levels of accreditation: Committed, Employer and Leader.
We do our best to make this venue accessible to everyone. This venue has recently been audited by AccessAble who have provided full details of accessibility and facilities for disabled persons.
Foodbank Collection Point
Outside the entrance to Lidl there's a handy drop-off point for Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank. You can drop off non-perishable food donations into the box, along with nappies and toiletries.
Your donations are collected by Parcels not Pollution, a project that aims to reduce traffic, ease congestion and improve air quality in Hammersmith town centre.
